hELLO…
i want to make a counter in my website which will increse everytime someone pays/subscribes through paypal. For example, if a visitor of my site pays 10 Euros, the counter will be increased 10 units/numbers.

I hope you understood.
How can i make this connection? I mean to connect the Paypal payments with a counter? (or anything similar which will do the same thing?)

I need to save up money for a school that I will be attending outside of the US starting january. It is not a federal school so I can't get student loans (This is what FAFSA and WellsFargo bank told me). The school only accepts bank drafts so I need to do that from my WellsFargo checking or savings account. My CapitalOne credit card charges 22% for cash advances. I was wondering if it'd be legal for me to make 2 paypal accounts, and pay my checking/savings account paypal with a credit card linked in my new paypal account? I know paypal has a monthly withdrawal limit but I need to save atleast $200 a month so I am planning on sending myself $200 each month this way..my credit card's limit is $500, 0% APR for 1 year.
I own a business, sole proprietorship (skincare) and make $1700/month but don't profit much, from having to cover the rent and other expenses. I already bought my ticket..was $861+tax. I have a $4100 credit line with WellsFargo but I want to pay that off before even thinking of using it for cash advances since I have a high APR on it now. I just have $270 in my savings account, and I still pay monthly for my credit cards. But obviously I need to, as you say, borrow this money. The only problem is that the school won't accept this method of 'borrowing' thru the credit card. So I want to use the same money, just in a different medium, to pay the tuition as I would if it were just a credit card. Funny /end sarcasm note..do you program?

You do understand that you are not saving 200 per month doing this right? You are borrowing $200 per month. Also know that paypal will charge you like 2.5% or something close to that for a transaction fee for receiving the money. Why not just work and save 200 per month from your paycheck? It will save you in transaction fees. Also how did you plan to pay off that credit card? If you live with your parents just get a job at mcdonads earn min wage working 30 hours per week and dont spend any money and in 6 months you'll have 5k.

Also 500 dollars is not alot of money to go to school….And if its out of the country expect to pay at least 1000 dollars for a plane ticket. Where u going to get that money?

Does pay pal accept a Suntrust Gift Card and does it pass the security check from paypal?

It really does not matter what of Visa Card it is; what matters is whether or not it is legit. If so, do not worry my friend.

I have done this before, I have stick on labels that are 2 on each 8×11 page and I need to program probably in printer or paypal to print only the shipping label 1/2 and not the other half with all the mumbo jumbo on it Help please

You can highlight the part of the page, you want to print and in the print dialog choose "Selection" as a print range.

On the website it doesnt say that you can use them, it say something about credit cards/ paypal.

On March 1st virgin mobile introduced new plans and rates, as of right now you can get the old monthly plans with no credit card until may 28 since thats when you have to either stick with the monthy plan to be able to use it without a credit card or switch to the new monthly plans which saves u money but you have to register a credit card. the old plans r goign away soon and you'll have to register a credit card or use minute minute bundles.

the new plans are cool but not at the same time.

You can escalate it to a claim, and then Paypal will determine the outcome.

I have a lot of issues with paypal. I have tried contacting Paypal several times. They dont reply to emails.
Maybe you guys can answer these questions.

What is the use of adding email IDs to paypal. Paypal says you can add upto 8 email IDs. Can I receive money on all the email IDs I associate with my primary email ID/account ? For eg., I have 5 associates working for me and I want to add their email IDs with my primary account. Can all those 5 associates receive money from customers on their email IDs which are associated with my paypal account?

Raising the withdrawl limit is another issue. I searched Paypal Help and they say to raise withdrawl limit, goto your paypal account and something about account balance and you will see RAISE LIMIT .. I have checked several times, i dont see any button/link which says RAISE LIMIT. I wrote email to paypal to clarify this problem, but no replies.

Please Help on this.

That is the correct number. I just called. You'll hear "Welcome to Paypal" and then the same message in Mandarin, after which you'll hear "For English service, please press 1" and after that, press 5. The voice sounds like that of a mainland Chinese girl, so the accent may be a bit hard to catch. 65 is the country code for Singapore.

I once had someone whose want to pay for a merchandise I was selling on ebay with paypal. Never was able to claim it and got a bad feedback because of it. Never could find the place on the website that accepts payments.
