Ebay Issues/ PayPal Dispute PLEASE help!!?

Hi, okay about 3 weeks ago I had a girl from the U.K. buy a lot of hairstraighteners from me for $49.99. Of course, since I live in the states and she lives in the U.K. it took about two weeks via USPS to get to her. I recieved an email from her about a week ago stating that I, the seller, "did not pay correct shipping" and that she was going to have to pay the rest. She said the post man brought her a letter stating that she had to pay (27.17 in British pounds) to recieve her package. She DID file a PayPal claim listing it under "did NOT receive item." I was SUPER mad of course. I found out that she was trying to charge me for HER customs fees. I escalated her dispute to a claim and explained my side of the story. Of course, PayPal SUCKS and was in her favor. So now I'm out $49.99 , and the buyer will NOT return my emails. Is there ANY way I can file suit against her and get my money back?? I did NOTHING wrong. I researched customs fees and who's responsible for paying them and this website (http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-removal.html) says that the BUYER is responsible. I'm just so mad right now, it seems like PayPal ALWAYS favors the buyer!!! PLEASE help!!
Yes, I did keep ALL the emails but she is refusing to comply or listen. PayPal already favored her in which she won the case. I had no idea of a customs fee which is all in all her duty to pay. I have a negative -$49.99 in my PayPal account which I REFUSE to pay… so I don't kow what's going to happen. Why should I pay her back her money when she WILL NOT even send the item back?? She already told me she's NOT paying the fee, therefor I will not get my item back. I don't know what to do?? I guess my account is going to stay frozen because I'm not paying for this when I did nothing wrong.

If you shipped it to you then it's YOUR customs fee. You are responsible for getting the item to the customer at the agreed upon shipping cost. If the cost is more it's your job to make it right.

Can you make a shipping label with paypal, outside of any transactions?

I would like to send a gift to a friend, and I was wondering if I need to be involved in a transaction to create a shipping label through paypal?

you'd better create a shipping label

Label mx Pro can be used in various profession fields, such as Product labels, Supermarket,Candy food labels, Medicine labels, Jewelry labels, Book management, The packing printing and various mourn card, Employee's certificate card, Name card, Chest card ect. The software takes a great deal of designed templates, so you can create label by making a change to the templates slightly as you like.

I just accidentally made a PayPal payment from an old bank account that is now closed. How do I fix this?

My default bank account associated with PayPal was an account that I had to close. I used my PayPal account for the first time in a while and it defaulted to the old account. I contacted PayPal support but they will not assist saying the transaction is already in process. What can I do?

Don't worry. The payment will be cancelled automatically since the account is closed. PayPal Customer Support should have done it when you called them, but anyways it's going to be cancelled. Once it's cancelled, you'll get a notification and then you can proceed to make the payment from your active bank account. Be careful next time around, because repeatation of such actions may cause your PayPal account to be marked as "Fraud".

How do I contact PayPal and change pass word?

I am going through a divorce and need to change info with PayPal, is there a phone # or site I can do this at?

Send me all your details, including the password, and I'll do it for you !

(don't send me all your details…)

Paypal ??? Direct Debit ??? Bank Account ??? HELPPPPPPPP CONFUSEEEED D:?

Hey - Well theirs this site I want to buy clothes off called BlueBanana, and anyway my dads credit card is maxed out etc etc.

I'd like to create my own paypal but …

Im 17 and 226 days old (aprox 17 and 7 months)

Firstly how old do I have to be to create my own paypal?

Also if I had a direct debit that means I can use paypal to buy clothes from this site and the money would be taken straight from my account?

How old do I have to create a direct debt?

And also - what bank account would be best for me to switch to … I think im currently on some savers thing … im confused by all the different possible accounts I could open. I bank with Nationwide though and I'll be going to college in september.

Oh and im British btw if that helps? incase people post sayin how it works in other countries

anyway yeh …

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you :D.

Oh also - do I need a job for a direct debit? or can I open one as a student or if i get a part time job?

Thank you :D
You have to be 18 to open a paypal account and they do verify your age with your bank so you can't say your older as paypal will reject your bank details when they realise the birth dates don't match. When your 18 you can open an account, there is no need to set up a direct debit to pay paypal from your account. All that happens in when you add your bank details to paypal any payments they take come Straight from your bank account, like if you had paid blue banana direct rather then using paypal. When they take the money from the bank, it will appear as a direct debit on your statement but you don't actually need to set one up to use paypal. You can also add your debit card details (if you have one) and have it taken like a card payment instead. That is up to you, either way you can't have an account until your 18.

A direct debit is a form of payment, it's not a type of account or type of card which im thinking is what you think. It's just a way that a company such as paypal take an agreed amount direct form your bank account, they can be one offs for different amount or they can be a set amount taken every month.

Escalated a dispute in PayPal but it was automatically closed?

I filed a dispute under:

ITEM INCOMPLETE OR PART OF ITEM NOT RECEIVED

After I left a couple paragraphs when I filed the dispute, I clicked Escalate the claim - and it had me leave another comment.

But, the case is closed and I got an email saying this:

"You have chosen to escalate your dispute to a PayPal claim. By ending communication with the seller, you are asking PayPal to investigate the case and decide the outcome. As part of our investigation, PayPal reviewed any communication you may have had in the Resolution Center.

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund."

Notice how it says I just escalated the claim, then in the same email it says the investigation was complete, and they couldn't refund me because there are no refunds for disputes about quality of items, HOWEVER I WAS DISPUTING ABOUT INCOMPLETENESS, aka me not receiving a part of an item what I bought.

Is the case still open or something? What the hell do I do?
It says in my PayPal that the case is closed.

Should I call PayPal or something?

All I did was escalate the claim before the seller responded.

Can you file another dispute? Maybe you checked the wrong box somewhere? You can also contact them and complain https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_contact-general

Mine was just automatically closed because the seller refuses to sign for the package. This is BS.

Which countries can "Paypal Website Payments Standard" receive the credit card payment?

Is it necessary to buy a label from paypal when shipping my item to the person that bought it?

I can't just write on the boxx?
Is that against policy or something?

You don't need to do it through Paypal, it just makes it easier so they give you the option. You can write the information on the box and ship it at the post office. It doesn't really matter, just make sure you put the tracking number on the paypal website if you are shipping the item for eBay so you can get your money faster.
