okay so I auctioned these shoes of ebay and when I went to print a shipping label off PayPal it says You have entered an invalid address please check your entry and try again. But it also says the address entered is confirmed? I contacted the buyer and he gave the address to me and I rentered it manually and it still says its confirmed but invalid? Please help.

eBay related question, I’m using USPS shipping, so after the auction is completed and the buyer pays you, can you also use Paypal to pay USPS for shipping and just print the label and schedule a pickup?

Yes, that is correct. On your Sold Items on the right hand side is a drop down menu and I believe print shipping label is there. The shipping cost will be deducted from your Paypal account.

I ask this because I am a new seller and they hold my money for 3 weeks and give it to me as long as there are no problems : "We’re holding the money for this eBay transaction as part of payment holds for new eBay sellers. We’ll move the money to your available balance after 21 days, as long as your buyer hasn’t reported a problem." Because how would they know if I shipped it if I did not buy the shipping label from paypal? Thanks.

You would have to provide the tracking info at paypal. There is a tab next to transaction that allow you to add the tracker. So if you just go and post item then you would still have some info. If you opt to not buy delivery confirmation then you are screwing yourself over because then you have no proof item was sent. Buy delivery confirmation with paypal or not and provide that info to paypal to avoid any issue on your end. They will not release your funds unless they can prove item was received. The buyer can also leave you feedback as proof that they received item but some people can take a month or so to leave feedback.

I printed out the shipping label for an international sale on ebay. I seem to have lost the label, and Paypal will not let you reprint or void after a couple days. Is there anyway I can recover the label, or ship the item without paying again?

If you click on the order details for the postage purchase. You should see the option to re-print. I’ve done this many times, it will just post a new number next to the address depending on how many you printed. (0001, 0002, 0003 etc.)

The shipping method that is used has "nothing to do with Pay Pal".

Pay Pal is only a company that exchanges money from the buyer to the seller.

I’m looking into buying a label printer and my OS is vista. I see they have an option for the old 400 Dymo in paypal shipping, but that one uis being discontinued and will be replaced with the 450 which works with vista. Can I just select 400 and use the 450? Does anyone have a 450 and using paypal shipping???? Your help is greatly appreciated!

I was given $40 to pay for express shipping. But it says I need to provide the tracking number to receive the payment? How can I use that $40 to ship it when I receive the money AFTER it’s shipped? If it matters, it’s USPS.

You’ll have to "front" the cost of shipping. The only way that you can prove which method of shipping you used is with a tracking number. Most people won’t release the funds until they get confirmation that their package was properly mailed.

Your payment for the item plus shipping will be one lump payment. If you accept Paypal then that is how you will get paid. You don’t have to buy online shipping even if you are paid with paypal. That is up to you. But you do get a discount on shipping costs if you purchase online.
