paypal claim questions?
ive opened a paypal dispute with a seller and he escilated it to a claim. we spoke over the phone and i sent his item back to him. he told me that he would release my return money when i send him the tracking details for the shipment. so i did. i spoke with him on the phone AGAIN and he told me that he had released the funds and that they should be in my paypal account in a few hours (bullsh*t, that was thursday)
now how do i add files in the paypal resolution center? there isnt a button for it, anywhere…
i want to send the recept for the shipment and a screenshot of the ups tracking details stating that the package already arrived and was signed for by HIM.
If the guy is not doing it on his own, then you have to click on paypal where it says to escalate the claim where PayPal DECIDES. If you sent it back to him with a tracking number then PayPal will decide in your favor and release the funds, not the guy.
Escalate the claim for paypal to decide. Tell paypal he didn't do it, and you had agreed, and have the tracking (you must have the tracking or don't do it)… then paypal will refund you,
It just takes longer. Thats why he was BS-ing you., to stall. Let paypal decide, they will decide in your favor due to he said he would.
