Blackout Paypal Credit Close My Account Again
It is no wonder why Paypal and Ebay want to start Pay Later. They have drained our accounts and refuse to close them after repeated requests to do so.
I have received 4 Credit Refunds from Paypal in trying to close the accounts only to receive more bogus charged that continue to come in. This time I have recorded it since they fail to find any attempts in their records.
Get away from Ebay and Paypal before this happens to you. Protect your financial information from the scammers and pirates that continue to prey on consumers.

What I have received from Ebay seller skylight_hk Audio Card purchase.

chronology of events:
-received item with wrong driver
-asked for correct driver
-took days of emails before driver was emailed
-driver installed
-device not working as described: only front speakers were working. No sound from rear or bass out.
-notify seller
-seller sent a request to cancel transaction without any mention of refund. Buyer declined on Ebay rep’s advice and raise case through paypal.
-seller said they would refund, but did not mention amount and asked for the item back.
-buyer requested full refund + return shipping cost before posting the item…(there are cases shown on youtube that people waste more money and time and not getting their rightful refund)
-seller said they would pay return shipment fees but later decided that buyer can throw away the item instead after learning the cost of shipment was “too high”.
- seller tried to negotiate to pay 60% of amount. Buyer refused.
- seller agreed to a refund, but asked seller to close the Paypal dispute first. Seller said no and contacted Ebay for advice. Ebay rep suggested to escalate the Paypal dispute and buyer did.
